I think it was very blunt for Scott to say 'I know you are bisexual'. Obviously James is ashamed of being caught 'red handed'. A simple 'I know about your tastes', 'I know you swing that way', 'I know about it' or just 'I know' would be a more subtle way to bring down the hammer on poor James...
