Even though the tail is hiding most of it thats a very nice looking bird butt he's got going there. Interesting how the wings of this guy can act as a naturally occurring cloak, he wouldn't need much in the way of robes... I remember seeing the rough sketch for this and it looks quite good.

yes I know It was going to cover his nice ass. That's Why I once posted the preliminary structural Sketch. his wings are parte of his natural arms, like a Bat, and not have Aditional arms to hold the wings with a different bone structure. In fact those aditional arms of some avians on the fandom annoys me a little, because it make them 6 appendage-like creatures, which roughly makes them Insects in fact XD XD XD. I preffer the wings attached to the normal arms, despite it makes all the fluff feather pattern a true hell to draw.

Yep, feathering is not as easy to do as fur, I have seen a number of artists that use the extra arms on avians... I did that once with the Great Blue Heron drawing a while back.
