This is just me testing out an effect on one of my pics (http://www.furaffinity.net/view/15555508/ this one).
I was looking at some of the pics made by
bondagefanart and wanted to know how he makes some of the effects he uses on his pics that makes the them look very nice and vintage looking. And he shared the knowledge with me and I wanted to try it out ^^ And I think it went well. Not much more to say.

It looks great in my opinion. The original picture was already quite glowy, so the effect might get a little lost between all that.
It does achieve this sort of eerie feeling that he's being watched through a surveillance camera or something. I will look forward for any other use of it you might do in the future :)

Personally I'd say it's not really needed over all since your pics tend to have their own sort style when it comes to additional effects. The vintage style might work better on it's own but I'm not entirely sure, can't picture it in my head too well XD
Having said that, it does look nice, agree with BondageFanart - it gives it a sort of creepy security camera or personal camcorder footage look, which could work really nicely if you wanted to go for spookiness in a pic.
