I could honestly see a situation like this happening.
DISCORD: Fluttershy. Do you remember how you told me awhile back about how you'd love the chance to be a mother?
FLUTTERSHY: Uh, yeah. But I don't think I'll ever-
Fluttershy is cut off as Discord magically presents an infant Twilight Sparkle
DISCORD: Oh, how I knew you'd be just speechless over this!
FLUTTERSHY: Is that...?
DISCORD: Our little bundle of joy? Yes, my dear, Fluttershy. *Uses his magic to create an instant nursery in the room* Will this do?
Fluttershy is speechless as her jaw drops over what is all happening
DISCORD: You may want to take her for a bit, though. I think she needs a 'Mother's Touch'.
Even if it didn't go the way described above, I know it would make for a hilarious episode. :)
