This silly little idea came to be when my sistaur Han revealed a Lugia form after I've mentioned the pokemon to her, and I had to draw it up as my first picture to make and upload from this brand new computer.
I'm pretty happy on how this came out overall and the common dolphin colors transitioned well into Lugia's color scheme, especially where the eye spines are!
