This reminds me of a white chameleon with black squares for markings that I saw as a hypnagogic image. I should draw him sometime.

Uh, I'm not sure if that's the right word. But it's pictures you see before falling asleep. A lot of the time it's random faces, other times it's like mini-dreams. Most of my dream pictures come from them, I get up and quickly sketch them before trying to sleep again.

Oh! That's pretty cool, actually--I should start sketching my pre-dream faces before I actually pass out. It seems like an interesting way to get ideas down!

I really should, I feel bad for mentioning it but then not getting around to actually finishing pictures of them. I need to stick with pictures for longer so they get past the rough concept stage.
