Been a while since I've posted a new head.

This guy was a step outside of my comfort zone. He has a hinged jaw, unlike my previous suits which used simple elastic suspension. It better aligns the jaw and makes for more natural movement.

I've been working on a new method of furring, involving patterning and stitching the pieces together before applying the whole thing to the head. This should make the heads much more durable (than they already were) and keep the seams between pieces from separating as the suit ages. This... took a few tries to get right, especially given that my heads are more rigid around the face area than the average fursuit.
