No, not the cuckoo sound, it is the informal way of saying "Hello!" in Français- more like "Cheerio!" in UK English.
With how close Keu is, it is quite a funny and active dog we see, eh? There is no way that you would not smile at dog that is giving lots of liveliness in a greeting! One thing that I notice is the scarf/bandana that you see matches the color of the pawpads! Well, there are claws-if you look closely at her paw-so she can't be too cuddly, but nevertheless, with how she showed herself to my camera, she is rightfully an extremely friendly furry.
