A quick bit of personal fun while between commissions. Intended as genderless but can go either way.
I love these elongated body forms and reptilian shapes. <3
This guy is open to adoption to the highest bidder before Wednesday, May 20th. Starting bid is $4, minimum bid increment is $2. The final name is up to you; I just called him Blackshroud.
Autobuy on this guy is $50, and with that, you get an additional speedpaint of him in a pose of your choice.

I can't imagine how much time and effort you put into each piece. You're truly a diamond in the rough, friend. There are people who sell steaming piles of crap for 20 bucks, and yet you put all of that love into each piece, and reasonably price it on top. I really do hope you go far, friend!
Thanks!
Thanks!
I just draw whatever comes out onto paper and then colour it, usually. It's very rare that I'll actually have anything planned out if it isn't a commission. Which, actually, has been really good for my visualization skills; all these commissions. The only one I had a preconceived notion for was this guy here and it was just the colour scheme: http://www.furaffinity.net/view/16625745/
Thanks again. :)
Thanks again. :)
Hmm.. recolouring...
Honestly, I have a hard time thinking about whether that actually happens. I'll try and pay attention next time. I think once the colours are basically laid down they stay that way and don't get changed much, but I do kind of remember deliberating a little bit over which specific pattern would come through -- I knew the red stripes on black would happen, but I think the red feet were something that might have been originally conceptualized as black.
This guy was actually a bit of inspiration for the colours on this one: http://images.mentalfloss.com/sites.....ader-image.png

Have you ever seen ctrl-paint? http://www.ctrlpaint.com/
I've only really done the first maybe.. four? I hope to carry on with them at some point, but the lessons are very helpful with digital. :)
