I know, it's a real pain in the as--...Arm. Hopefully these raffles should be a little easier to enter during the summer where I'm assuming you don't have to worry about school, am I not correct?

Well if i wanted to do a raffle that lasted that long i'd need to make it have around 500 slots, and 25 winners, that's a little too much to handle in my eyes ^^;;

You don't need to have that many winners. ^^; Just assign each entry a number and do a random drawing, odds change based on number of entrants, but the time allotted allows everyone a fair enough time to enter without worry of their timezone and sleep schedule.

Well i think the motivation for some to enter will greatly decline when your chance to win is only 0,2% with 500 entrants, not to mention i have to give them all a number too with a reply, which is impossible when i'm asleep myself! ^^;;
But i'm sure one day you'll get to enter! ^w^

I've held and participated in raffles before with a much longer deadline. I've never encountered that problem.

Maybe because you don't have as many watchers filling up the feed as quickly.

Yeah, and also, I've seen people with twice and three times the watchers I have hold raffles with pretty generous entry times go off with out no problems, so I know it can be done no problem and that 1-hour windows really are too small.

Agreed, I wish o' Fatty here can figure out a way to make these raffles easier to enter without having all the free time in the world and having to get your enterie in within a really short time-frame.
