Trying to make this into a goddamn icon and its nearly impossible, jesus christ. Does anyone know how? I exported this out from Toonboom and tried to do it in Photoshop CS6 but when I went to Save for WEb it moved so sluggish no matter what settings and what "speed" i gave it. I need it to be on twos, but I can't manage it. Help?

I'm no expert, but I know GIMP has a gif saving option? It puts how long each frame lasts into the layer info and I think you can change its speed by renaming them.
Then again I'm not sure if CS6 does the same thing, but GIMP 2.0 is free and might do what you're trying to do?

Oh yeah, I hate using PS to build gifs, you have to change the time each frame is held, the default that you import at is like 1 sec per frame, so you have to fudge it around until it looks right by doing around .04 sec a frame. it's super stupid. I get around it now with flash because they fixed their gif exporter
