The binder crafts a ring /s depending on how powerful the spirit is
it take many years to fully understand this magical method before you can use it
it also requires a large amount of magic, will, and strength and if you are not careful it can kill you
when the spirit is bound it takes on an animal like form
when bound a ring or bracelet or necklace of some kind is made that binds the spirit to you the aforementioned object is often handed down the family as an heirloom
the spirit can be released again only by the owner of the object (this is only for use in dire circumstances) to do so you must remove the main ring of binding from the spirit
the person who releases the spirit must then weaken/subdue the released spirit to recapture it with the new binding ring that is formed from the binding object once rebound the creature will then produce a new binding object
the bound spirit retains magic but it is greatly reduced in power and they can't use it to harm the binder
the more powerful ones can turn into a human for a period of time when in human shape they keep all the rings even the tail ones i know where they will go on a guy not sure for a girl yet lol
