These guys are in Fortune Street because they're in the Dragon Quest series. And yes, they're adorable! There are a lot of cool monster/character designs in the Dragon Quest series; it's a shame it's not more well-known in the U.S. (Though there is the fact that it takes them forever to localize the games for the U.S.... still waiting on Terry's Wonderland over here.)
