Anyways, Bill!dragon and owner!Dip…? Idk if he is an owner more like a guy who helps keep this fucker in line, and feeds him so… yeah. (btw for size ref Bill is like a bit more than 11 ft tall and Dipper is around 4′10″, so he is REALLY small compared to Bill)
