Stripe is big on Frank Frazetta/Boris Vallejo/Julie Bell fantasy style art. The style tends to be really warrior-centric and hyper feminine and hyper masculine in depiction, with a lot of explosive bombastic colors and motion and warm palettes. Typically, compositions with more than a standalone male or female are: "standing on a pile of defeated enemies", "fighting to-be-defeated enemies", or "some menacing pose" ...or variations thereof.

So he needed someone to be in distress and asked if I'd be willing to make a cameo. OF COURSE I WOULD x'3

Stripe's sona, Syng, is here saving Rose by fighting off the two demon gatekeepers of Diyu (Chinese hell), which ironically are a couple of furries. I just want to make note here of his polearm. I -love- that weapon. It makes appearances in so many of the pieces he commissions, and if you look closely, it is almost always the same one. It has a really nice design as well, so I highly recommend giving his gallery a look!

Also the first draft of this picture had her looking right into his poorly covered crotch area with a more smiley look on her face xD I'll never be able to unsee that haha.
