Ssselta comes from the unexplored sections of space, so her homeworld is unknown. For some reason Korbis trusts her enough to entrust her with the care and keeping of the ship's systems. While her behaviour as well as lack of facial features, tends to creep the rest of the crew out, minus bob. There is no doubt that she is one of the best engineers out there. She seems to have no need to breath and a natural immunity to the vacuum of space... also she gets along great with Bob, seeing him as a kindred spirit. She occasionally refers to Korbis as saviour, although the other crew members have no idea why.
