It's disembowell's sexy foxy model, I got it from sfmlab. I don't know if it's available for gmod or not but I'm sure you can just plug it into your gmod addons from the download site. https://sfmlab.com/item/341/

I found it for gmod under the workshop. Unfortunately the metal high heels ruin it. And foxy is supposed to be male. So far it's the best feet yet if not for the heels.

I'm also unfamiliar with this game series, however first time I saw foot stuff with these fnaf girls made me really interested about the potential foot fetish stuff. And I have to admit, that interlocing fingers between her clawed toes is just sooo sexy. I wonder how must they feel:)
