So that's how he does it. He is so excited to see new art that he leans over to hug the new characters and worlds, but he ends up underestimating his own weight and falls flat on top of the bag. Since he has no arms or legs, he needs help getting up.

Poor guy. He just wants to appreciate the art. He and Sandbag must be good friends, since Sandbag learned to love being the guy in Smash to see new moves performed before anyone else gets to see them. Wally just needs a little training, and he'll be able to be that great surface for projecting the new art on, no problem.
