Rabid several years ago after seeing some of the awesome B&W images he makes. Here we have Narcephine letting off some steam on the city she lives in, or perhaps its not the city she lives in? Maybe she's paying a neighboring city a visit?
Or possibly, the damned bank has refused her a loan and she's just showing them what kind of collateral she's worth....
