Thought you guys might like to see it all coming together! First real fitting now that the strapping is being done. Straps are real leather I cut myself for the individual straps. Arm guard pictured in the left pic is just resting there it will be properly posed once buckles and straps are finished. I hate the poor quality pictures but this is all you get for WIPs, you'll get to see higher quality images for when it's all finished :3 stay tuned!

This armor is absolutely stunning, you're doing a great job!
I think (if I may!), though, that the shoulder pieces are too high and too far in?
They make the wearer seem really stiff and uncomfortable, and just a little awkward!
If possible, I'd consider lowering them/placing them further out?

:o Have you considered creating a small elastic-band system underneath the armor to hold them in place, so that they can hang off your shoulders without actually falling off?
(You should consider purchasing some thick elastic band! It's great for hidden armor rigs. So difficult to explain online tho!)
