Still the world can always use more dragons.Touch of Change: the Shifter's touch changes another into a new form. This works as their self shifting ability but with a range of touch and the duration being instant [permanent]. Make a touch attack if the target is unwilling: if hit and failing the saving throw the target changes form to one of your choosing.
