Uploaded a new port to furc about a month ago and immediently regretted it. x.x it, fankly, sucked ass. xD It was poorly done, being the first port I did on my new mac, and it was too similar to the one I had before, just not as nice.

When my port space came up to be reloaded again, I decided to make myself something nicer so I don't have to wear the awful one anymore. xD; Spent most of monday doing this port and I'm really happy with how it came out. I'd wanted more of a body shot than just a close up head shot and I think I got it to work pretty well, even fit her wings in there. I tried out a new shading technique where I dither the colors in that alternating sort of pattern. I think it makes the shading a little smoother. I still can't do hair worth a crap, but whatever. The basic sketch for this was done in photoshop at some 600 x 600 then sized down to 95 x 95. It got really kinda blurry, but made a great base for making the lines on. I even like how her collar came out, then I accidentally missed a pixel there. xD; oops.
