Definitely an impressively sized Amethyst in all rights. This one was blessed with just a few shades off of the perfect African variety, as well as a few inclusions within cluttering up its beauty. Moderate windowing from a few angles, this is certainly a stone one would be proud to wear~

I learnedIn the Army at Ft. Hood. they had a Lapidary shop that taught soldiers and I went to the faceting instructor and had him teach me...then he retired and I was the only person he taught so I ended up being the faceting instructor...the machine does 99% of the work...
