Nebula a Savior Agent that is assigned to station on Earth to stop earth crime but could be reassigned to other planets for other missions if a emergency arises, but of all the planets she visited she likes Earth the most

Nova Fist: Overcharges one of the gloves to increase the heat of the feild to a level that it give the feild plasma like quality, its so hot it can melt rocks
Gravity Ball: She make a ball of gravity that draws anyone or anything that gets in range of it's gravity pool, in order to perform the gravity ball she makes the air between her hands have intenese gravitational force but with a small range, she molds it into a ball and throws it
example 1: she can use the gravity ball to prevent criminals to escape
example 2: can use it to draw objects closer to her
Gadgets:
Gravity Gloves: Special gloves that adjust the weight and density of things she touch, she can use her thoughts to adjust how heavy or light she wants the gravity to be
Anything she touches can get heavier or lighter.
example 1: 100 ton weight, to light as a helium balloon.
example 2: if she were to pick up a pebble she could increase its weight, gravity, and density to that of a boulder. While it in the feild in her hand it will remain unchanged, the effects only apply when it leaves the feild around her hand (like if she did that to a pepple and throw it at a brick wall it would smash through like if it was boulder)
The gravity effects last depending on the difference in weight,gravity and density of the object's original weight, gravity and density
example of the effect:
Example A: a pebble weight,gravity and density gets changed to the weight,gravity and density of mount rushmore, it would only last for seconds
Example B: a pebble weight,gravity and densitiy gets changed to the weight, gravity and density of a car would last a longer than example A
She uses the gloves to make herself lighter or heavier based on what gravity she wants, so if she wants to float up, she makes herself lighter, and when shes at the right height she wants to be she adjusts the gravity air level, and when she wants to get down she increases her weight (putting her hands on her hips) as she slowly decsends till shes at normal gravity
while the gloves are activated she cannot clap or make contact with both hands together
Propulsion Boots: They are activated by knocks her heels together to active the boots, which activate and begins to pulsate with enough force for push and move her forward when shes weightless in the sky
when using her gravity gloves she can make her self lighter than air until she reaches the height she wants then she adjusts her gravity to stop rising, once she reaches the height she wants to be at she leans her body to the direction shes wanting to go, and knocks her heels together which pushes her forward in the direction
Hero Agent Collar (Able to receive communications upon wearing, and able to activate her space Agent outfit)
Z.I.P. (Zenith Interstellar Pack) : A Pack with 2 Thrusters along with 3 air tanks that connect to a helmet to help her breath in space, and the thrusters help her move around better than her Propulsion Boots which arent as effective in space or deep ocean areas. the Air supply of the tanks can last for just under a month.
