Wowsers! Very crazy looking character :) Looks kind of like an Argonian from the Elder Scrolls with those decorations on her headspikes, but she also just looks very neat in her own right! I like the pose and the outfit. I also really am liking the work you've done with her scales there, having them sort of spotted across her design. Nice stuff!
