Wlodislaw is ready for the beach in his shorty shorts, his towel and tuning fork. The crash of the ocean creates a white noise that overwhelms his little bell, so he has to use a tuning fork to find his way around (since he's totally blind and "sees" with his ears).

His "spots" were time consuming as hell to do (initially) but they look so good. They add a lot of spice to what was an otherwise drab colored character - his old version was kind of boring.
