that's the question isn't it :P. When I was drawing it my partner was like "you forgot to put the mouth on it". I have a theory that it's mouth is actually on the line of the spiral. It's just so close to the outline that you can't see it xD

Yeah at least with Poliwrath I can at least see the mouth because of the shape of the spiral on its stomach, but for Poliwhirl I could not find a place where it could be :3
