So this'll amuse like one person... basically I got this hankering to do palette swaps a la Skullgirls and etc., but it turns out it gets kinda weird when the "model" characters are a completely different species from the target.

I was tempted to do a contest thing for naming all the inspirations for the non-default palette, but I don't really have anything to give out... free book? =p (ARGH at international shipping costs, though!)

((also pretty annoyed that I could only "fit" mostly white characters in any recognizeable way but that's why I stopped at seven))
