The link to the decoder is in the description above. The other thing to remember is that there can be up to three letters in one symbol -- ie, the first symbol in the second line of the Right Kyrra's speech bubble in panel 1 is "the" (small symbol for "t" and "h" above an "e").

yeah, honestly I tried to read using the letters in the link in the description, after that, well, I needed help with that stackable letters :P

Panel 1 :
Left Kyyrian : Wait a minute... Iou smell very familiar...
Middle Kyrrian : Onion, garlic, potato, pepper...
Right Kyyrian : (Gasp!) Iou are the king's cook!
Iou (cook) : Please, do not send me to the dungeon!

Panel 2 :
Iou (cook) : I just want to know what it feels like to be one of the hunter's.
Left Kyyrian : If Iou, a cook, are here, then that means... OH NO!

Panel 3 :
In their kingdom
Kyyrian King : Rope Soup?
The real Kyyrian warrior.
Kyyrian Warrior (dressed as a cook) : With lots of rope!
