Why can't you? :o also many that can't start asking the team for a paypal, usually lets you get around any kickstarter issues and still works for funding them if they get one set up!

Yup, just ask em, get other backers behind it too, many kickstarters get a paypal option about half way through the kickstarter time and even run it beyond the kickstarter timer with the same rewards and such. (usually just the lower tiers for the extended paypal stuff though so get your tiers while they are hot!)

this was like the best news I ever heard. I am so pumped for this game. I am so glad to see a game come out that has imagination,color and creativity put into it like the games of old. instead of all these dark fighting game simulations etc.

I miss the banjoe kazooie kind of games, and it looks like people like mes prayers were answered.
its not banjo threeie, but this is just as good.

Never really got into into the Banjo series due to awkward timing, but this looks pretty cute and interesting. Definitely going to give it a try when it comes to fruition.

Do yourself a favor and look up Banjo-Kazooie and it's squeal Banjo-Tooie. You won't be disappointed.

My only warning is to avoid Nuts and Bolts. Microsoft got a hold of Rareware by then and....ick. Just...just ick...

Now now, nuts and bolts was a fine game, just not what the fans of the iconic characters wanted.

I'll definitely consider it, but I'm not sure at this point. I've had bad experiences with beloved classic games that I myself had no nostalgia or prior appreciation for (I'm still struggling getting through Conker and Ratchet and Clank.) It's not even so much that I think they're bad games persé, but more a case that I have a hard time figuring out how to appreciate them properly.

Even if you don't find yourself feeling what others have felt for years, you might find yourself falling for these characters on your own without anyone telling you how to feel.

And even if you don't, you'll have some background on why these two new heroes are being looked upon so lovingly and full of hope for the future. Either way, it's a win-win.

It's worth a try I suppose.

I couldnt get into Banjo Kazooie m'self but mainly because i'd already played games like Conker and R & C first, so by comparison it felt way more kiddie and a bit of a step backwards. If youre not digging the first two you'll probably really have a hard time with BK.

I've never played the Banjo Kazooie games, they must have been great games to play, until Microsoft bought Rare and gave us the abysmal Nuts & Bolts which ultmately killed the franchise, hence why we're getting this spiritual successor now.
