Hi everybody! Elbs here with a fun little review of my good friend 's soap and fursuit cleaning spray! Her company name is called Wash Your Paws and last I heard business is booming. I finally can see why!

I'm going to attempt to be as unbiased as possible to try and help inform anyone looking to purchase from Wash Your Paws, even though she's my buddy hehe.

PRODUCT:

I purchased 3 paw mold soaps with the cupcake scent from Wash Your Paws via Facebook about a month or 2 ago to support a friend. I usually bring my own soap to conventions and I thought it'd be fun to try handmade soap with a unique scent!

Due to slow shipping time that occurred because of a variety of unfortunate factors, Sky very kindly sent me a sample of her Fursuit Cleaning Spray in the Island Orchard Scent. (she was very sweet to do this!!)


QUALITY:

From what I can see the quality of these products is TOP NOTCH. the label art is adorable, I really like the handwritten scents, and the hand-wrapped plastic on the soaps. I adore handmade things and this just made it all really unique and special to me. Not to mention the smell was VERY intoxicating and amazing! It's so strong right now my room smells like delicious cupcakes!

I tested a patch of the soap and from what i can see it lathers nicely and the smell gets even stronger when wet! So that made me very happy. I'm dying to use it and smell like a cupcake for an entire con lol! The texture is similar to the lotion soap bars I usually purchase to use so I'm very happy about that. 10/10

The spray is amazing! The scent is to DIE for, and extremely fitting for my island babe! I only sprayed it twice inside my head and 3 days later, it smells as good as when I first applied it! This is going to be great to dispell the musty smell I have to deal with at cons after a long suiting sesh and does the job much better then dryer sheets. I would recommend it to any fursuiter who attends cons often or who suits a lot! I haven't tried it on my other suit parts yet but I'm sure the results will be similar. I also haven't used it yet as a surface cleaner, but it apparently can do this as well! 10/10 from me.


COMMUNICATION:

communication was good at the outset of the purchase, I communicated what i wanted and when I wanted it. it dropped off a bit afterwards since I made my purchase right before Sky introduced her fursuit sprays which became a big hit and I understood the influx of those orders might bump mine back.

I had wanted the soaps by FWA so I could really give them a proper test run but due to some shipping issues, and other factors going on with Sky she was unable to meet that deadline. I fully understood the circumstances were out of her paws as they sometimes are and do not hold that against her.

I would advise however when you are ordering ANYTHING from anyone that is hand made, to allow time for these things to happen. They have lives too and things sometimes cannot be helped. Or if your deadline is extremely firm, like for an event or a holiday because they are gifts, to please express this urgency at the outset so the handcrafter is aware and can prioritize your order.

Sky was very kind about it and sent the spray as a complementary gift. Not many businesses do this and I am really grateful to her for apologizing for the delay. She really didn't have to! Her customer service is exemplary and I would definitely do business with her again. In fact I'm hoping on it! She's to have a table At Furpocalypse this year! YAAAY!

Overall, I'm very happy with the transaction and the products. There is always room for improvement as she grows and expands her product range, and it's really cool to see the progress!

I'll be proud to say I jumped on the wagon before it was hot lol total hipster status! xD
