It's been a while since I've tried working on a new character. Even longer since I've worked on one not related to Dual Edge. Though I'm not sure if any of my separate thoughts would share the same universe as they develop.

I've had a ton of various ideas pop in my head for a while. And basically I've boiled most of them down to a sky-pirating aesthetic, or something that heavily involves air ships and flight.
Much of which has stemmed from nostalgia from Panzer Dragoon (Zwei II), Assassins Creed: Black flag, and various ships from Final Fantasy.

I'm not quite sure where Silicy would fit into the scheme, but I'd consider her a lead character for sure.
I initially utilized a lot of steampunk visuals and Kali (Dragon Nest) for references.

Also her species traits are also undefined for the time being. But in case anyone wonders, it's not Talnisian :o
Her only noticeable non-human trait are her ears. The "Tail" is actually a detachable grappling hook, similar to Panzer's prosthetic tail (http://www.furaffinity.net/view/12052397/)
Silicy would be adventurous and mischievous, but still carries a touch of eloquence. The brand on her shoulder, like many markings, symbolizes a part of her past.
No doubt there will be plenty of iterations along the way, but this basically serves as my starting point. This is definitely feels like one of my few heavily detailed early concepts, and wanted to share a little bit of what I have in mind. Lemme know what you think ^^
