Honestly I dont know. Like, when I take a shower, I always let my hair air dry, and its frizzy and ugly and messy but I go to sleep make sweet love to my pillow with my face and I wake up with kickass hair. I admit I am really blessed for that lol

I dont like taking pics in color cuz my phones camera gives this gross yellow tint to everything so I just make it greyscale. LONG HAIR ROCKS.

Once a month. If you do it too frequently the protein dries your hair out. What the eggs do is use protein to repair damaged hair, since hair is made out of protein. Its an intense treatment though xD so yeah, once a month
