Something I've had laying around for years but FINALLY got the brain power to pull together and fix, and ultimately post. Here's hoping.

Name: Jessie Juarez
Super hero name: Recoil
DOB: August 1 2390
POB: Atlanta, GA
Age: 20
Gender: Female
Species: Jaguar
Nationality: American
Height: 6'2" ( 6'3" in suit)
Weight: 280lbs ( In Phalanx Suit approximately 350lbs)
Eye color: Ice Blue
Hair Color: Red
Physical Appearance: A female jaguar in her 20's with an athletic build, icy blue eyes and red hair and a D cup bust.
Occupation: (former) Captain of the (late) 112th Powered Infantry
Areas of Operation: Short time at Hoover Dam (before it fell), various conflicts across the American continent ending with the last stand at Cheyenne Mountain.
Weapons: Ranging from hand guns to rocket launchers to knives to a 20ft tall mech. All weapons that must be used on a living being have two variants, lethal and non-lethal. Non Lethal fire rubber bullets, specialized TTR (tactical training rounds) that have a slight knock out drug added into them to not only stain the wearers clothing but also render them unconscious with a good shot. Other non lethal variant weapons may be firing nets that electrify or large knock out gas canisters. While trained to kill Recoil prefers to take the bad guys alive to be tried for their crimes, though she is ready to make exceptions for a certain Scourge Alpha.
Powers: Inherited from her mother Jessie is gifted with a near impervious body making it difficult to physically harm her, along with super strength and quick reflex's.
Fighting Styles: Close Quarters Combat
Strengths: Due to the training she received from 10 years of age and up to 5 years in the 10 year war she is trained in numerous forms of hand to hand combat, had high accuracy with all in use rifles as well as proficient in their usage. She is capable in or outside of her suit of lifting large sums of weight, however due to the implant to keep her reigned in she can only lift up 1 ton, the weight able to be lifted would triple if the implant were ever removed. In her suit she has heightened reflexes, making her already fast reflex's moderately quicker making her a lethal foe in hand to hand.
Weaknesses: The implant regulating her strength is in place due to her superiors fearing her strength might be turned against them and their own soldiers, while unconscious after an injury from a mission she was subject to being sedated and the implant was placed beneath the skin at the base of her skull. Among the things that pose significant threats to her the most dangerous to her is any object that is heated enough to cut her like a heat blade or knife, this also includes a weakness to extreme heats temperature wise. Though not a major weakness Jessie also has a mild fear of drowning and will not venture past chest deep if it can be helped, despite this she is a strong swimmer and the fear is due to a near death childhood experience with the local pool. All in all she will not tread water unless given a significant enough reason to do so.
Jessie also has a soft spot for children, going out of her way to ensure their safety above her own and is very forgiving to them and can never bring herself to harm them. This extreme care of children may border on a mother figure-esque mentality if the child or children are a constant part of her life. During her time in the war she, against the wishes of her superiors, constructed small habitats from wreckage and rubble to shelter orphaned children and other survivors and forfeit her rations to ensure they were cared for. Where Jessie is very kind to children she has a deep dislike of anyone that mistreats and or harms children, one such instance during the war lead her to desert her team momentarily to exact revenge on a group of survivors that had several children with them that she found dead in one of the shelters she had constructed for them. The resulting actions on her part lead to the merciless slaughter of an entire enemy battalion, and afterwards her prolonged separation from her team and the eventual wound she received during her time separated from the safety of her team while stalked and hunted by a Scourge.
Outfits:
--Around HQ/On Duty: Olive Drab Short sleeve shirt, light flak jacket with various pouches to store small items, gloves missing the tips from the last joint forward, arm guards, Boots that come to mid shin (military in style), camouflage pants, leg holster (left leg), ammo holster (right leg), knee pads, shin guards, belt (military looking in style), pouch worn over the right of the right butt cheek. Dark shaded 'glasses' that meld to the area around the face. bullet proof, shatter proof, dark tinted, seen through from the wearers side but not from the viewers side.

---Digitizer watch:
--The Digitizer watch is where Recoil gets her weapons and gear, damn near indestructible and provides her with everything she needs for just about any situation. Need a gun, here you go, need bigger gun, sure thing, need a 20+ft mech, we got those. Everything the Digitizer Watch produces however is subject to a usage limit per day, can only be used until its ammo is expended, or has taken a sufficient amount of damage, or she has it dismissed from being in use. The watch is held to a 'pesky' daily item usage restraint. Only 12 items can be used per day, including the suit. Despite holding an ungodly Armory within itself Recoil is limited to just what can be used at any given time by the item usage restraint. Meaning she has to pick carefully and wisely for what has to be used.
The Digitizer Watch is also home to Ada, an AI that is in the form of an anthro jackal female. She is intelligent and responsible for Recoils weapons being so quickly on hand and keeping her in the know on what is going on. The story behind Ada is as dark as the simulated fur on her avatar.

Bio: Jessie at a young age was aware of her blood line of supers, her mother at the time was one of America's Heroines known as Calamity Cat. When China sneak attacked America and proclaimed war with the world and countries began recalling their supers her mother was approached and it was 'requested' that she come with the organization wishing to take her on otherwise they'd be forced to remove her from ever becoming a threat to the country. Her mother refused outright choosing to look after and protect her daughter and pass on as much training in her just awakening powers as she could, the men in suits frowned upon the response and urged her to come with them and they'd look after the young Jessie while she helped protect the country. Not willing to budge the men in suits brandished weapons and started to fight her, Calamity Cat was depowered and destroyed before Jessie's eyes. The last memories she had of her home was being detained and looking out the window of the vehicle she was in as the men burned her and her mothers home and staged it as an accident and Jessie's 'disappearance' as a kidnapping.
For years during the start of the 10 year war Jessie was trained as a soldier, a marine, and as her powers blossomed she was all but stripped of them upon maturity when she was assigned to be part of the newly formed and experimental 112th Powered Infantry group. Her full potential locked away and new strength born into her Jessie spent the next few months testing the limits of the implant regulating her strength and learning to use the, then MKI, Phalanx Powered Suit. Upon deployment of her group for a trail period the 600 super soldiers, some more 'super' than others, proved to be an effective weapon against the Chinese forces seeking to take and destroy hover dam. Leaving behind 100 of their own to tend to the dam the other 500 were requested else where, preforming as well as they had at the dam wherever they were deployed. Until the day that the Chinese unleashed their newest weapon, one that US forces would come to call the Scourge. Just as Hoover Dam had been the testing bed for the Super Soldiers the Scourge were tested against the remaining 100 powered armor clad super soldiers.
For the first 30 minutes of the battle they held off and killed numerous of the Scourge only losing five of their own to the beasts, but as the Scourge regrouped and stormed the Dam that night all were washed aside in a sea of blood as the Scourge ripped through them. When Jessie learned of the fate of the men and women left behind at the Dam she was speechless, they were trained to be the best if the Chinese have managed to make something better than them what hope was there left? For the remainder of the 10 year war Jessie and her slowly dwindling brothers and sisters in armor were on the run, it wasn't until they found a bunker containing the last remnants of America's leaders that they began their push for Cheyenne mountain, in hopes of fortifying and holding ground for the rest of the war there. The rest as they say is history.
Personality: Jessie due to her training and being forced growing up under the watchful eye of her instructors is almost emotionless and trained to kill, outside of interactions with her fellow soldiers, superiors, and friends she finds it hard to communicate and react with civilians. Ten years of her life of growing up as a normal female were ripped away from her in a matter of minutes. She holds her mother in high regard, her temper quick to flare should her mother be brought up in any unsavory way, true or not. Despite her training she spends a fair bit of her time when not fighting preparing for the next fight and when all is prepared, checked, double checked, and tripled checked she spends her time brooding, delving into memories past thinking of everything that she did wrong, what she could have done here or there that she didn't do.
Deep down she wishes to see her power at its full potential just like her mother could, but with the implant regulating her powers to nearly half she knows she'll never be as good as her mother. Once aware of her now being in on the complete opposite edge galaxy she hopes that there is a way possible to remove the implant attached to the base of her skull and allow her to see her full strength, but deep down she knows if that were to happen she'd have to train herself to control it, training she never received from her mother, training that would certainly be difficult to learn on her own, even with the help of other supers. All in all Jessie is a great ally once she has come to embrace her allies and is quick to help them, at the same time she can be a terror to those that have deemed her their enemy and seek to harm her and those she cares for.
Jessie oddly never knew her father and her mother had never made mention of the man. Jessie has only assumed that her father was a normal furson compared to her super hero mother, Jessie though has always been happy not knowing her father and saw her mother as parent enough and never probed her mother deeper on the matter. However it is possible that some of her abilities and powers may stem from her unknown father.

Not exactly, she is from a sister planet earth. Waaaay opposite side of the big galactic pond. Hm. Maybe I need to post the 'how she got from Point A to Point B.' i wrote up way back when i was working on her originally. Was watching a show on worm holes and space travel and it just sort of clicked, also kind of took a page from Stargate with the warp gate she and Piecemal were on. Give me a moment to pull it and put it up.
