"Q'tis" (Cue-Tees) is a highly valued grain, one of many people have farmed and depend on.

Growing in shallow water part of the year farmers have to be near a good water

supply. Able to be stored for years dried the grains are very useful stored for

harder times. Many animals also enjoy this grain primarily at the cost of a hardworking

farmer.
