Heh, it's been a while since I made an upload here. Many reasons for that.

But anyway, I couldn't get this out of my head for a while. This is a Cinccino mermaid. I'm sure you know I love Cinccino's.

This one is a female. Most mermaid pokemon are female by my imagining. They can change into their normal state when on land, but they need water to survive.

That's a basic description. I may do a more detailed description later.
