Jake has (obviously) been a taur his whole life. He is happy the way he is, but he will readily admit that it has its difficulties. Having 4 legs and that big lower torso means he doesn't fit in most vehicles. On the flip side, he can trot along at a decent speed by himself, which is handy when he is working at the airport. Thankfully there are modular step vans that 6-limbed people like him can use for transportation.

Getting around buildings can also be problematic. Turning around in narrow store isles can be tricky and people often accidentally run their carts into his hindquarters.

The big problem that affects him in his everyday life is the limited range of motion his upper torso. He can bend forward enough to reach the ground, and even lay on his back with ease, but he can't lean backwards very far and can only twist his upper torso a little less than 90 degrees to the side. That is enough to hitch himself up to whatever needs pulling and getting things out of packs that he sometimes wears, but it means that he cannot reach the rear half of his lower torso at all. The fact that he cannot groom and wash his own butt or bits by himself has caused him embarrassment throughout his life, though most of it is in his head. His friends and family don't take issue with it, as we can see here as his sister and girlfriend chat while taking care of his grooming needs.
