anything can fly - given enough speed and thrust.
the mechanical frame might be a bit heavy for those small feeble wings, but I'm sure from Mach 0.6 upwards it would all match up quite nicely
might have to work a routine for takeoff and landing though, but if it was up to me I'd simply add a jetpack to solve the problem ;)

and the changes needed to make this bird fly again are really comparably little :)
