The Tech Region is an odd Region in Trinity as it's rules are differant than the rest due to the discovery of large Old World ruins. Unlike the neatural and underdeveloped regions that make up Trinity the Tech Region is very modernized and suffers from criminal activity way more than the other regions, three men make up the Criminal Trinity of the Tech and have been given the title the Shadow Lords by the Media.

Darius Brett Ratbane is in charge of the Ratbane Gang. He is a Clearsea with a Plague rat as a spirit giving him the unique ability to resist all poisons and diseases as well as produce them using his contaminated water element. He is very strict and does not tolerate failure and is feared by all except rival gang leaders and his son who goes out of his way to aggravate his dad. The Ratbanes have a code of honor that says to betray a partner means punishment by the boss usually resulting in agonizing poisoning and sickness, other than that it's a very aggressive type of robbery as well as Ratbane's cover as a casino owner. Ratbane does not care who he screws over as long as he gets paid making him ruthless, but he has done a very good job keeping his corruption under wraps.

Malcolm Lewis Fang is a Tropics man that created the Wolfpack gang. He used to run his gang as a family, taking in people with nowhere to go as long as they agree to follow his orders. Malcolm gives all of his new members collars and calls them puppies, to be promoted to Dogs, to be promoted to Wolf and able to do jobs without the collar on, the only exception to that rule is his son Mannez who he is training to be the leader if something happened to him ordering Mannez to never take off his collar until he is the boss. Malcolm extorts and steals from the rich and will not bother the poor or in need, but works as a money lender resulting in him being forced to ruin a few normal lives. Malcolm is a very community oriented person talking business with a smile and making himself look like a good guy to let his men get around easier. His spirit is unique in that it is a Dire Wolf, a canine spirit so strong it turned Malcolm into a Werebeast, a human unable to completely control their beast and in danger of transforming during curtin events, Malcolm's being anger, but he tries controlling his beast urges by wearing a Spirit Breaking Collar that prevents him from shifting without thinking.

Eddie Nash Madison does not allow people to call him by his name and goes by Killer Croc and leads the Iron Jaw gang. He is a Crocodile that believes crime should not be done in secret and that a name is just as important as the money, loving the fear people have as they run from him. He has crossed paths with both Darius and Malcolm and though being talked down to by the older leaders neither have been able to handle his overpowering strength, only once besting him when Malcolm lost his temper and attacked him in his Wolf form. Killer Croc takes pride in his sturdy scales that make him completely bullet and impact proof as well as his claws and fangs able to make short work of anyone that crosses him. His gang is violent, takes crime as a game, and you lost if you're ever weak enough to get caught. The Iron Jaw does not need weaklings. He needed to leave his family behind when the Plains Region put multiple warrants out for his capture which soon became a banishment order. It was even rumored Killer Croc was going to be the first execution order since the Dictatorship despite it going against the Plain's Peace Promise. Despite their rivalry Killer Croc respects the Wolfpack as the dominant gang, mostly because of Malcolm and his son Mannez being able to singlehandedly take down most of his gang members, to the point he tried recruiting Mannez, and Croc has been bothered more than once by Darius' son Micheal.
