The true end of Tomorrow's Sphinx

I admit to have kept this idea in mind for long time: I enjoyed much reading the stand-alone novel "Tomorrow's Sphinx", even if I think it's less good than the Ratha series (mostly because too much explains all at the end).
I admit to have liked the character of Rahepsi, but I don't think to have seen such abused character like him in Ratha's series Xp
I enjoyed the little hint about him at the end, and I can guess one could eventually imagine a future reconciliation between him and Kichebo (also let's be honest.... it has been basically Kichebo making mistakes and misunderstanding and Rahepsi suffering because of it! Not a wonder that he was a bit pissed of at the end xD).
Well... in this little "alternative sequel/ending", we have Rahepsi absolutely contrary at the proposal of reconciliation and his attempts to reach the freedom in some world free from female cheetahs....
A pity for him that the A.I. of the escape pod correctly selected a planet without other cheetahs.... but inhabited by some other famous felines Xp
Comments and opinions are extremely welcome ^^

Well... basically he dislike her xD
he's not a bad character, but he got a number of wounds and minor drama (losing comrades that got captured etc..) because her fault, but mostly caused by mistakes and misunderstandings.
However, I would suggest first to read (apart Felidae), the main series of the author.
She's named Clare Bell, and first book of the main series is "Ratha's Creature".
There are 5 books currently, most wrote in '80s years and only fifth one in recent years.
She's actually an awesome person because keep direct contact with fans (more on deviantart) where she comments fanarts xD
Protagonists of Ratha's series are a finctional prehistoric species of sentient large felines that resamble a bit bulky cheetahs.
I even got Niya drawn as one of them (they're called "Named" by themselves)

The series is cool because is adventure but with a strong degree of drama and serious themes.
And also have some uncensored scenes regarding mating ^^ Not too much graphic, but pretty much descriptive especially on the feelings during the acts x3
