UVH #3

Many years ago, when I was still in school, some moron counsellor from the school thought I was nuts. I has having a rough time of things back then. A lot of deaths in my life... that year was what I called a hell year. My health was the shits too, as I was in to see the doctor for just about everything that year.

It was decided that I should go get some "counselling" from New Westminster Mental Health, which I have been told (by more than a few doctors), is a LOT of a laughing stock. I know from my own personal experiences that they came off as a bunch of clowns. I personally found them to be more in need of help than I did, and I told them such, left their office and went and saw my family doctor for counselling. He advised me to get out more, exercise, and socialize... EXACTLY WHAT I NEEDED, not a bunch of pills.

The world would be a far better place if we all just sat down and talked about what bothers us and do what we can to fix it. Just doing the talking doesn't help.
