THE WIZARD OF OZ – PCA STYLE

Weaver smiled as she settled in next to Ishtar to sleep. It was cold outside but it was nice and cozy in here. Blynx, Ishtar's faithful pet meowth, had apparently gotten the idea too for he climbed atop Weaver's stomach and curled up to sleep.
As the drowzee's eyes fluttered closed the last thing she expected to hear was Rene screaming. “Auntie Em! Auntie Em! Look out! It's a twister!”
Weaver sat up suddenly finding herself not in bed with Ishtar—she growled—but was instead in the Kitsunegari household (how she knew that she didn't know) which was....spinning around in the air?
She looked out the wind just in time to see Crys and Krissy fly past, the two of them peddling a bicycle which no longer touched the ground; caught up in the same cyclone as the house she was now in. Zipping past the window next was Treble who was inexplicable rowing a boat....which also was caught in the cyclone. Weaver closed the blinds.
“...”
She went into the main bedroom, crawled into bed, tossed the blankets over her head and refused to come out to what appeared to be an abundance of too much plot.
Rene clung to Rosa as he cowered in his own bedroom as the house started to fall. The Kistunegari house fell with a jarring thud, thankfully right side up. Woozily, Rene and Rosa made their way to the front door...which fell off its hinges as Rene went to open it. Blinking he stepped outside, Rosa in his arms, as he looked around. “...I don't think we're in Kanto anymore Rosa.” He paused and looked around at the brightly colored village his house had decided to take up residence in. “...This places looks like someone took a literal technicolor yawn all over it.” The fox said, smoothing out his blue and white gingham dress which he never bothered to wonder as to how he came to be wearing it; nor really minding.
Rosa barked in agreement with her pet's observation. She was largely colorblind but even SHE could tell this place needed to tone it down color-wise! Sniffing she leapped down from Rene's arms and hurried over to the side of the house where a pair of slipper-clad feet—and a tail ending in a star—emerged from underneath.
Following her, Rene looked down and gulped. “Oh sweet Arceus...I'm gonna be locked away! I can't go to jail! I'm too pretty! They use mon like me for currency!!!” He turned to flee the scene when he found himself confronted by a crowd of midgets.
“Hey! Whoya callin' midgets, estupido?!” Neve Oscadreja looked up, snarling at the narrator.
Cinnamon Swirl nodded in agreement. “Ya know, We ARE the same height as firefluff.”
“Well,” Faith Sumisu sweatdropped. “That DOES make us midgets compared to everybody else?” The three of them looked at each other and sighed.
Neve snorted. “Don't mean we gotta be lumped in with th' niñas.” She jerked her thumb at the gaggle of kids surrounding Rene, all of them wearing blue. There was Meghan DeCinder's little magby sister Maggie and Zap and Stunner Pikan's little pichu sister Fuka, and also Gina the adorable little kangaskhan baby and Shelly and....Buster?!
“Hi Rene!” Maggie giggled. “Um, oh yeah! This is Munchkinland and he's the mayor.” She pointed a little claw at Buster.
“....”
“...He doesn't say much, does he?” Rene noted more than asked.
“Nope! So I'm his offic-y spokesmagby!” She cleared her throat imperiously. “We wanna thank you for squashing the mean ol' wicked witch of the east!” Maggie clapped her hands. “Yaay!” She stopped cheering for a second when she looked up at Rene and ooooooohed. “Oooooooh! Pretty undies!
Rene looked down to find her staring up his too-short gingham dress at a pair of bright, shining ruby red panties. He quickly pressed his dress down. “What the—?! How'd these get there?”
“I did it!” Rene, Rosa, and the Munchkins looked up to see a floating pink bubble growing larger as it approached them. As it gently landed next to them it popped, revealing Mitzi in a pink dress, gossamer wings, tiara and a wand as she stood there chewing on her gum. “Hi!”
Waving back, Rene coughed. “Um, hey Mitz. What's new?”
“I'm a good witch!” Mitzi clapped still chewing her gum. Rene nodded.
“That's cool...so what's with the ruby panties?”
“Don't you like them?” Mitzi asked, her ears lowering.
Waving his hands Rene was quick to assure her, “Oh yes! I do I do! I'm just...a little confused as to how they got there!”
“Oh!” Mitzi's ears perked back up. “They used to belong to the Wicked Witch of the East, but since Charla doesn't need them anymore, you own them now!”
Rene's face took on an odd look. “...I don't know how I feel about that.”
“I DO.” An annoyed sounding voice hissed in Rene's ear. He yelped and whirled around to see Nicole Blackclaw, looking quite resplendent in her pointed black hat, long black robe and....greenish fur.
“Nikki?!” Rene yelped, looking at her.
Pointing a well manicured...and long...claw at his nose, Nikki narrowed her eyes. “Not. One. Word.” Rene gulped. Drawing herself up haughtily she said, “I am the Wicked Witch of the West. And how dare you wear the ruby panties of my dead sister!”
“But they're so comfy!” Rene whined. Then he paused. “Wait, your sister? Should Tenebra have been the Wicked Witch of the East in the first place? That woulda made more sense on a couple of levels.” Nikki gave him a GLARE that shut him up straightaway.
Mitzi nudged Rene and whispered in his ear. “Psst. Tenebra wouldn't go along with it. Besides dropping a house on Tenny wouldn't kill her. It'd just make her MAD.” Rene gulped.
“Point taken.”
“Not that I wouldn't have minded it being her that got flattened.” Nikki muttered under her breath. She shook her head. “I demand the return of the ruby panties! Give them to me now!” She paused and thought to add. “And the name of a good laundromat!” Rosa growled at Nikki.
Rene looked at her. “I can't take off my panties in public! There are kids here!”
“Yeah, try ta preserve the innocence of the two or three of 'em who HAVEN'T seen his ass!” Neve hollered from the Munchkin crowd.
“...You haven't heard the last of this.” Nikki swore. “I'll get you my pretty...and your little panties too!” She cackled as she vanished in a plume of smoke.
Rene coughed and battered the air around him. “Marvelous.” He looked to Mitzi. “Any ideas on how to get home to Kanto?”
“Hmmm...” Mitzi frowned as she thought about it, scratching her head with her wand. “...Could you trying googlying it? Oooh! Or MapQuest! My mom uses that and she likes it!”
“...” Buster went to Maggie.
Maggie waved her paw. “Ooh! The Mayor says that the Gizard---huh? Oh sorry, the WIZARD can help you! He lives in the Celadon City!”
Rene rubbed his chin. “A wizard huh? Maybe he can magic me home....wait. If magic is the way home why don't I just ask—” He turned back to see Mitzi using her wand to scratch one of those really hard to reach places right behind her ear. Her tongue rolled out and her foot quivered. “Nevermind. So, how do I find this city?”
Fuka pointed. “You just follow that brick road that starts where you're standing!” Rene looked down.
“Well....that's certainly convenient. Anything else?”
“Yeah!” Shelly nodded. “Um, stay on the Viridian Brick Road and....ooh! The ruby underpants are really strong and stuff, so don't let the other witch get 'em!” Rene sighed.
“I mighta figured. Oh well, I hate going commando anyway. C'mere Rosa!” Rosa—who had been receiving a generous among of pats, scritchies, and belly-rubs from Maggie, Shelly, Fuka, Gina and the others—reluctantly got up and made her way over to Rene. Scooping her up in his arms, Rene waved as he made his way down the road to the Turquoise City.
