Heh. I think we take a little bit of subconscious influence from everywhere! This just has that sharp "spike" of Squeegee, if you will. At the same time, I can't really picture Squeegee using this composition, or the really organic shapes. I also prefer your rough lines. Monster's lines are muuuch too clean for me.
