That was really close. I know there's something wrong with this forest the moment I stepped in. I thought it was just my feeling, but the monsters were actually tough. I was almost a me-burger, if not for this wolf warrior slashed them with his magnificent sword.

I'm about to say thanks, while he glared at me.

"Seriously, what the hell do you think you're doing?"

"Whuh?"

"You're not supposed to fool around in this forest without a strong equipment, you know! Do you have a death wish?"

E... excuse me? Tell it to yourself, you Mr. Wolfhunk-who-exposes-your-bare-chest! How am I supposed to take your warning seriously?

"Where do you come from?"

I'm trying to manage my emotions and stay cool before answering.

"Look, I dunno where I am now. I just came from there," I answered while pointing around the mountains behind me.

"...great. Another beginner coming from the big Melon? Oh well, let me guide you to the closest town,".

I clinched my teeth AND my fist.

Temper. Temper. You don't need to be a jerkass like him, especially NOT a hunky jerkass like him.

When he started to step, he glanced.

"And oh, if you wonder about the sense of my armor, I tell ya. The more the enemies are focused on me, the more I can read their movement,"

Ooh.

"And I'm just THAT good. Got it?"

I'm so aiming for this jerkass! I will beat him someday more than the monsters in this forest ever will.
