Maybe name them something to do with an aquatic area? Due to their colour palette, they look like they belong in the sea, lakes or some mountaintop spring/oasis.
They also look like they are of some importance somehow. Maybe a guardian of said oasis or a divine being?
Perhaps one of their personality traits are, 'intimidating in appearance, but kind, caring and loyal in personality'?

Here's a description by Karijn: Oniroi are creatures that prefer the world of dreams and rarely cross into the physical world. They are considered guardians agains the nightmareish powers of the Barathroi. Oniroi are immortals and usually choose a lineage to protect. Each member of the family chooses a stone or a trinket that represents their inner peace and adds it to the ones already attached to the Oniron's tail.
