*laughs* well according to her storyline she does. Anyways at the time when I made this It was my intention to make a sort of Signature I could use when posting as her in character, something funny, light hearted and cute.

And while this really isn't the type of art Kasha would be drawing, lol, the whole flower on Tie died canvas with the quote was cute to me.
