In July of 2006, like a finished book, I put my character Tenchi away and began to play a few other characters. One named Taylor, another named Madison and while roleplaying Madison on a Fur site, in an open chat room, I stumbled upon an individual who was not just a good role players but an interesting fur to boot.
We Talked much, and the more he told me about his fursona's appearance the more I was inspired to draw him, and once more taking up the mouse (Still not having any scanners) I began to mess around in photoshop again, this time diving more and more into the blurs and layers, and still trying to figure out lines.
I thought maybe if I changed the line colors they wouldn't stand out so much, This didn't seem to work as much as I had hoped, but in the meantime Khyles character was drawn by me.
A black wolf with black wings, and a white scar across his chest.
I have to say though there are 3 things on this picture I really ended up liking, and still do.
The Staff (This was my first time drawing wood,) The wings *Discovered I really really like the blur effect for wings gives them a surreal, yet soft, look to them. And in this particular drawing I liked the thigh and the leg. It looked to me more realistic and I liked that.
