She's an eldritch being, which means she's not really mortal and bits of her don't make sense - hence her lower body's ribs are external - and movable! They're just like big claws that run the length of her body, and she can move them to awkwardly grab things.

when I have time later I'll remake a proper reference for her but she'll have to jump in the queue behind the new Kullenuska ref sheet =_=
