Tehrii Proudtail wanted an illustration of his character Tehrig wearing a costume of himself, ala the Adventures of Sam & Max in Louisiana:

MAX: Look at all the cheerful hydrocephalic citizens!
SAM: They're wearing Mardi Gras masks, bonehead, as all New Orleans citizens do year 'round.

My notes for this say that Tehrig should have a puzzled expression, but I thought it more fun to imagine he's lost a bet and was forced to wear the most amateur costume version of himself possible. Don't ask me how his real wings fit in there... I think that outfit is bigger on the inside.
