As their captor left, Rengar could finally begin to move inside the tight cocoon Elise had trapped him in. Still recovering from his ticklish assault, Gnar hung limp in the cocoon, trying to regain his breath. Rengar was able to turn his body, allowing him to move his arms just enough to claw at the white-ish silk. Slowly but surely, he was able to cut his way through, and free himself. His adopted son, still hanging in the cocoon, looked back at his newly freed father.
Unable to speak, Gnar began to wiggle, trying to free himself, but was unable. Wiping off the remaining thread, Rengar turned to look at the still captive Yordle. He reached for Gnar, but began to remember how they got into this situation in the first place.
-=Hours Earlier=-
Rengar was murdering a pack of wolves, when he heard the familiar cry of his son. He needed help, which the large bulky cat was happy to oblige. Rengar leapt from the cliffs into a large river, and dashed toward the cries. As Rengar got closer, he dove into the brush, where his hunting instincts took over. Watching and waiting, he could see Gnar fighting with an odd rat-like fighter, too tall to be the poisonous Twitch. Gnar, feeling the presence of his father, signaled for the strike. But as Rengar leapt from the brush, Gnar ran away.
Rengar stopped immediately to turn and run without the backup of Gnar, but as he turned, he found himself unable to move. His large feet were stuck in something.... Sticky. After a moment, he realized that this was the work of Elise and her webbing. She, too, was watching the fight, waiting for the right moment to strike. And before Rengar could move another muscle, she encased him in a thick layer of webbing, forming a thick cocoon around him. Rengar began to squirm and struggle, but was unable to move. He could hear the faint movements of Gnar, rushing back to help him, but was instantly caught, and wrapped to his father. The two were stuck, completely at the mercy of Elise and this strange fighter.
As Elise drew close, the Rat-like fighter held up his hand, commanding her to stop. "Thank you Elise, this is perfect. I can handle this from here." Looking up at the two suspended victims, he smiled. "Elise was about to make you two into her next meal, but I convinced her otherwise." Rengar did not know what he had in store, until he realized that his bare paws were still exposed, purposely.
-=Present=-
Rengar knew that the only reason he had been subjected to such torture, was due to his own son's cowardice. If he had simply followed through with their attack, they would have been fine, and they would have been spared the hours of ticklish agony. As Gnar continued to struggle to get free, Rengar knew he needed to teach his son a lesson. Gnar looked up at his father, who now had devilish eyes, and raised his clawed fingers to the poor defenseless paws still left outside of the cocoon. Gnar was about to learn why you should always follow up the attack when the jungler comes to help.
